Orlando Health Fitness Loop

Presented by Orlando Health, we are proud to announce the addition of the newest Waterford Lakes Town Center amenity, the Orlando Health Fitness Loop! Run or walk the outlined path for just under 2.9 miles of cardio exercise. Along the route you will also find fitness equipment including:

• Stretching Station
• Pommel Horse
• Balance Beam
• Uneven Bars
• Sky Climber
• Sit-Up Bench
• Vertical Jump
• Ploymetric Boxes

Start and end your Journey at The Porch, located behind the Brass Tap next to the Children's Play Area and follow the purple/green clings and drive lane stripes to complete loop!

Note:

The path and equipment are available to the public from sun up to sun down, use at your own risk. While running, be mindful of traffic on and outside of the property.
