Zaza New Cuban Diner is a fast-casual restaurant that serves authentic and “New Cuban” dishes focusing on fresh ingredients. Its menu features breakfast (served all day) lunch dinner locally roasted coffee and fresh-baked Cuban bread and pastries. The restaurant will also feature a catering menu. “Our family has been serving great food to the Orlando community since my father relocated from New York City to Florida in 1967 to cook at the Columbia Restaurant in downtown” said Ruben Perez president of Zaza New Cuban Diner. “Many of our patrons asked us to open something in the Waterford Lakes area. The wait will soon be over as we look forward to continuing that tradition here at Waterford Lakes Town Center.”
